About Us

MPH Australia is an industry-leading lighting production company supporting festivals, touring concerts, corporate events and large-scale live productions across the country. We specialise in intelligent lighting systems, turnkey production solutions, and high-standards equipment preparation that crews rely on onsite.

Our vision is to pioneer innovative lighting technology and streamlined systems that make production work faster, simpler and more efficient — while building a workplace where people grow, thrive and feel proud to belong.

Our management team brings together broad industry expertise, a socially responsible outlook, and a collaborative, teaching-focused approach. We value people who are curious, willing to learn, and keen to contribute to a culture where everyone has meaningful influence over the company’s success.

Your Work Environment

  • Safe, well-structured and process-driven

  • Fast-paced and hands-on with continuous learning

  • Supportive and collegial – we teach, share and develop together

  • Real opportunities for advancement based on skills, initiative and reliability
