MPH commit to paying all staff fairly and equally for the work they do, without discrimination.

Employees engaged in the same position are expected to have the same skills, therefore, the same Rate of Pay is guaranteed for the same work.

Pay Ranges are described in:

• Payment for work | Weekly employees
• Payment for work | Casual employees
• Payment for work | Sub-contractors

Pay Rates are not always indicative of the full remuneration package, which may include additional negotiated benefits, such as:

• Bonuses
• Additional Allowances
• Additional Superannuation
• Additional Leave Entitlements
