Employment basis and classification

Per the Live Performance Award, MPH employees are categorised as Production and Support staff – Sound and/or lighting and are engaged per their:

Employment basis; either

• Weekly employees (full-time and part-time); or
• Casual employees

And;

Employment classification; either

• Touring; or
  • People who spend 50% or more of work hours on Jobs (locally or away from home), including Job prep or de-prep in the Warehouse
• Factory; or
  • People who spend 50% or more of their work hours on the Warehouse floor
• Other production and support staff
  • Executives, managers and administration staff who spend 50% or more of their work hours in an office, at a desk (including working remotely)
