Payment for work Overview

It is MPH policy that:

• The Award applies to all employee salaries and wages at minimum
• Employees are paid accurately for the work they perform
• Employees are paid “fairly” for the work they perform
• Employees are paid promptly, per the Payroll Policy and Process
• Rates of Pay decisions are transparent

The Payment for Work suite of policies defines how the company achieves this.
